If architecture is "frozen music," then building facades are its score.
Exploring the architecture of the post-Soviet space, from wooden architecture to Baroque and Classicism, from Modernism to Stalinist and Khrushchev architecture, continuing in modern panel districts often called "human anthills," we try to understand how this centuries-old symphony might sound and look. Most importantly, we find the irreconcilable conflict between individuality and the masses, unique and typical, reflected even in "stone."
