What do we know about women?
Photo project is an exploration of women’s individuality and mystery. Like pages from an ancient book, they reveal an unfathomable strength and wisdom. By asking “What do we know about women?”, I invite viewers to approach femininity as though they are about to read the next chapter of this story. Each woman becomes a fragment of a long narrative about the multidimensional nature of female experience. Through their portraits, the viewer may sense what lies behind their gaze and find inspiration for a deeper understanding of women’s role and essence within the cultural and historical context of Bukhara.
